There's no need to provide data beyond what your enquiry requires. Please don't send confidential information about third parties or about a site/facility without the appropriate permission.

Recipients and Retention Periods
Data may be processed by providers needed for hosting (Netlify, Inc., United States), communications (WhatsApp / Meta, where that is the channel chosen), billing, or delivering the service, within the scope of their function and under applicable safeguards. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rest on the European Commission standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is not sold.
Commercial enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them; tax documents for the period set by law; contract-related data and data kept to defend legal rights for the applicable periods; technical logs and performance metrics for the hosting provider retention period. These criteria may differ where a legal obligation requires it.
Cookies, Hosting and External Services
The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser in order to load. The only thing kept locally is your light or dark theme choice, and only once you pick it; it stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which processes the technical logs needed to serve the pages and collects site performance metrics — loading times and visual stability — through a script served from this domain. Those metrics do not identify the visitor and store nothing in the browser; collection rests on the legitimate interest in keeping the site working. The data is transferred outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The links to WhatsApp (Meta), Instagram and eBay reach those services only when you open them; from that point their own policies apply, including transfers to the United States. If you send the site form, the message travels over WhatsApp and Meta carries it.
We use no advertising, no profiling, no third-party cookies and no data sharing for marketing purposes.

Requests can be sent to axilinegeral@gmail.com. Proportionate information may be requested to confirm your identity. Exercising these rights is free of charge, except for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests in the cases provided for by law.
